✨ I’m honored to announce that I graduated 🎓 from Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business (Cohort 7)! ✨ 

The last 12 weeks have been some of the most demanding—and rewarding—of my entrepreneurial journey. Balancing the realities of running a business—working on the business while also working in it, all while trying to scale—navigating the highs and lows of cash flow, and still showing up for my personal life (including being the best dog mom to my two boys, Wallie & Teddy!) has tested my limits in every way. But it’s also reminded me just how resilient, resourceful, and capable I truly am!

As a Black woman in the interior design industry—where less than 2% of designers in the U.S. identify as Black—this moment carries even greater weight. Black women are the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs in the U.S., yet we continue to face disproportionate barriers to capital, resources, and visibility. 

Why It Matters

Through this program, I gained more than business tools—I gained clarity, confidence, and a true sisterhood. Over the past three months, we created action plans, identified our target customers, deep-dived into financials (hello, profitability!), and had honest conversations about the realities of running and scaling a business.

Thank you to Goldman Sachs, my amazing business advisor, and the inspiring faculty at NYU Stern. I’m leaving this program more confident, focused, and ready to scale 360° Color with intention—and design spaces that leave a lasting impact. To the incredible ladies of Cohorts 43 & 44—what a ride! t’s been a true privilege to stand beside you these last three months. Thank you for being a safe space, a source of strength, and a reminder that we’re never alone on this journey. 💛
